We take security seriously
We use a variety of different tools, services, protocols and procedures to ensure that our security is robust. We utilise SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) to provide secure channels between machines and devices operating over the internet or an internal network. Like the NHS we entrust Amazon Web Services (AWS) to store data. AWS protect data held with them in a number of ways including Advanced Encryption Standard 256 (AES-256). We comply to GDPR standards, carryout penetration testing and have been reviewed and accredited by ORCHA. You own your data and we do not share it with anyone. Our users are able to fully delete their account and all of the data it contains within the 'My Profile' section.

We support the NHS and local councils and charities in a number of ways. This includes increasing the amount of care plans created, reducing the time required by GPs, hospices and professionals with advance care planning activities and increasing charitable donations.
